GJEH Pty Ltd, a company closely associated with Graham Spencer Williams, the CEO of Huddly AS (the "Company"), has today, on 4 April 2024, transferred 14,324,839 shares in the Company to G&J Williams Property PTY Ltd, also a company closely associated with Graham Spencer Williams.

Multiplikator AS, a company closely associated with Kristian Kolberg, a board member of the Company, on 3 April 2024, acquired 2,924,453 shares in the Company.
