Director of Sales Operation 

Oslo, Norway · Hybrid remote

As Director of Sales Operation, you will be a proactive team member of the Sales and Marketing Management team. You will manage, lead and develop all sales operations and work closely with the CCO and VPs/Regions. This position will report to the CCO and is located in our HQ in Oslo.

As Director of Global Sales and Channel Operation you will

  • Coordinate sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes used within the sales organization as well as reporting (weekly, monthly, and quarterly)
  • Proactively monitor and strive to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the sales organization’s planning efforts
  • Own all Salesforce/CRM activities, implementations and trainings in Huddly; monitoring the sales organization’s compliance with required standards for maintaining CRM data
  • Build up an efficient sales operations platform that scales. Understand and improve on sales tools that can help professionalize Huddly sales processes
  • Monitor the accuracy and efficient distribution of sales reports and other intelligence essential to the sales organization. Recommend revisions to existing reports, or assists in the development of new reporting
  • Be responsible for the application and registration of the Huddly Channel Partners programs and subsequent database
  • Help produce presentation material relevant to the CCO, what relates to Board Meetings, QBR material, Info meetings, etc.
  • Work with Finance and HR on sales incentives, commissioning achievements, and the application of sales compensation program policies and procedures
  • Arrange the Huddly Global Sales meeting every 6 months, and run the Huddly Sales Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR)
  • Cooperate closely with sales management to inspect sales process quality and prioritize opportunities for continuous improvement

This is you

  • Bachelor in Business, Marketing or Finance
  • 5 years professional experience within Sales Operations
  • 5 years hands on experience handling a CRM platform
  • Salesforce admin level and solid Excel experience
  • Business mindset, financial analytics skills and commercial understanding looking at the “big picture”
  • Proactive, self-driven with a high level of energy and commitment
  • Experience working in matrix organization and geographically dispersed teams, working in different cultures and languages
  • Fluent English in speech and writing, with good communications skills and comfortable presenting and training
