VP Global Channels & Alliances

Oslo, Norway · Hybrid remote

As VP of Global Channels & Alliances you will be responsible for Huddly Channel Partner Strategy, Programs, Operations and Enablement. All go-to-market Channel Partner Sales and Delivery motions are within scope, including Distribution, Resellers, and E-commerce with a focus on developing and growing a solid channel GTM practice.

You are an experienced Enterprise Channel Executive and have a broad and deep understanding of the full channel lifecycle, including building and developing new partnerships, scaling Channel programs, and building out targeted Sales and Delivery enablement activities. This position will report to the CCO and is located in our HQ in Oslo.

Based in Oslo, Norway, Huddly is a software driven company designing smart cameras. We combine expertise across the fields of design, hardware, software, and artificial intelligence. Huddly's solutions with industry-leading partners enable high-quality video experiences on all major collaboration platforms. We are looking for a VP Global Channels & Alliances.

As VP Global Channels & Alliances you will

  • Design, develop and lead the implementation of Enterprise Channel Programs, including tiering, and incentives
  • Work closely with the Geo Sales Leadership to build out Channel partner strategies that are globally scalable, as well as tailored to meet specific geographic requirements and needs
  • Build out Partner Enablement programs & content, materials and training sessions, in partnership with Sales, Product and Regional Marketing
  • Supporting the Sales and Delivery enablement requirements of local, national and international Partners
  • Work closely with the Geo Partner sales leaders, supporting the delivery of quota goals, as well as pipeline development and conversion, and partner training programs
  • Support the CCO in managing Global Channel / Strategic Alliance relationships, understanding their strategies and objectives, and building out go-to-market plans that are aligned to growing both Huddly and Partners business
  • Work in partnership with Sales Operations to develop Partner performance metrics and tracking across Pipeline origination, pipeline development, new business wins, delivery success, expansion and renewals

This is you

  • 10+ years of experience working with Channel partners, with minimum 5 years building Partner & Alliance programs and rolling them out globally
  • 5+ year experience within the videoconferencing industry
  • Business mindset, self-driven and results oriented
  • Hands-on experience with Channel partner economics, incentives and the evolving partner ecosystem
  • Creating and executing channel strategies by segment and geography
  • Experience presenting at the highest levels, with clear communication skills and a professional demeanor displaying confidence in your intentions and those of Huddly
  • Effectively building trust and developing Senior Executive level relationships with Channel partners
  • Creating and presenting sales plans, setting milestones, measuring performance and being accountable for results to executive management
  • Leadership skills and can motivate and inspire a team
  • Experience working in matrix organization and geographically dispersed teams, working in different cultures and languages
  • Fluent English in speech and writing
