As Web Designer at Huddly you will create amazing user experiences as part of our Marketing team. You have an eye for clean and artful web design and have good user interface design skills.

You are able to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts that are intuitive, beautiful, and functional.

As Web Designer you will

  • Take ownership of developing and maintaining our website design from a performance & UX perspective
  • Implement all stages of visual design, from concept to final hand-off to engineering/web agency
  • Manage and facilitate third-party agencies/developers for optimizing and implementing designs
  • Create original website designs that simplify complex user journeys and make them user-friendly
  • Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas
  • Present and explain designs and key deliverables to peers and executive-level stakeholders
  • Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards

This is you

  • Proven work experience as a web designer
  • A strong portfolio of graphic design skills
  • Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps
  • Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, or other visual design and wireframing tools
  • Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
  • Ability to work well within a team
  • A growth mindset and the ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
  • Up-to-date on the latest web trends and techniques and interested in new technologies
  • Fluent English in speech and writing – we have a diverse group of international colleagues
  • Nice-to-haves
  • BS/MS in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design or a Visual Arts subject
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS and JavaScript for rapid prototyping in Sanity
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
