Second-Line Support Consultant

Oslo, Norway

We are currently looking for an experienced Second-Line Support Consultant to join our Support team. If you have a passion for customer service and delivering the highest quality product support, we want to hear from you. The successful candidate will also have a strong desire to streamline internal processes and lead continuous operational improvement on a day-to-day basis.

  • Handling level 2 support cases and supporting Product, R&D, Sales and 1st Line Support to ensure they have the correct information and outcomes when they need it
  • Working closely with R&D and Product teams to ensure that our current and future support services are aligned with current and future products
  • Identifying, describing, reporting and resolving (where applicable) bugs/feature requests
  • Testing programming, automatic test development, USB 2.0 till 3.1 standard debugging, development connectivity issues, solving hardware and electronics related issues, complex, problems
  • Participating in the development of new services
  • Reviewing internal process flows
  • Reviewing external contact and service flows

Assessment criteria

  • First-Line and/or Second-Line Support work experience is required
  • Experience in defining specifications and test requirements
  • Can refer to relevant knowledge of extensive troubleshooting, bug filing, testing and documenting
  • Familiar with Electronics/ Hardware
  • Demonstrated track record of being a results-driven project leader
  • Good knowledge of different operating systems
  • Positive “can do” attitude with a strong customer service mindset in relation to external as well as internal customers
  • Critical eye for detail and a strive for qualitative end results
  • Desire to expand skill set and find opportunities to contribute to Huddly’s success
  • Ability to work well as part of a multi-disciplinary and multicultural team
  • Fluent in English (other languages are a plus)
  • An understanding or strong interest for image, video and audio processing technologies
  • Skills in C, C++, Javascript and/ or Python is a plus
  • An understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
  • Experience with Salesforce support platform is a plus

This position is located in Oslo. You will need to have a valid work permit for Norway.
