Graham Williams served as Chair of the Board of Huddly from April 2016 until January 2023. Williams has extensive experience in the visual collaboration industry, having held various roles over the course of 35 years. He has, inter alia, led the once-small company iVision to become the leading videoconferencing integrator in the Asia Pacific region, which in 2011 resulted in iVision being acquired by Telstra Ltd, Australia's largest telecommunications provider. Williams has also invested in start-up companies such as Pexip AS. Williams holds a total of 1,560,000 options in the company. Graham Williams and related parties hold 21,744,655 shares in the company. He is a British and Australian citizen.

Rósa Stensen currently holds the position of Chief Operating Officer at Huddly, having joined the company in 2022. Stensen obtained a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering from the Royal Institute of Technology (KTH) in Stockholm, Sweden. She has over ten years of experience in Project and Contract Management, having previously worked at Royal Dutch Shell’s Major Projects division and AF Gruppen ASA’s Construction. Stensen also served as the Senior Director of Customer Success and Product Management at Aize, a company under the Aker Group, where she developed industrial software as a service. She is an Icelandic and Norwegian citizen.

Abhijit Saha Banik joined the company in 2022 as VP of Strategy. He has experience from management consulting house Arkwright, where he advised clients across a wide range of industries and functions, such as energy and private equity. In addition, he served as Director of Strategy at Story House Egmont, a leading Nordic media company. He holds a Master of Science in Industrial Economics and Technology Management from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU). He holds a total of 160,000 options and 30,000 shares in the company. He is a Norwegian citizen.

Stein Ove Eriksen is Huddly's Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer. He is also an elected observer to the Board of Directors. Eriksen has a total of 13 years of industry experience, obtained by holding various roles in Tandberg/Cisco from 2009-2013 and at Huddly from 2013 until today. Eriksen holds a Master of Science from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU). Eriksen holds 1,344,000 options in the company. Stein Ove Eriksen and related parties jointly hold 7,970,928 shares in the company. He is a Norwegian citizen.

Fraser Park currently serves as the Chief Commercial Officer at Huddly. With over two decades of experience in the Unified Communications Industry, Fraser has been an integral part of Huddly since 2017. His journey in the industry began in Australia, where he held various management and leadership positions at a prominent regional UC integrator and Australia's largest Telecoms company. Notably, Fraser also gained valuable insights into cloud computing and telecoms during his five-year tenure with Telstra. Prior to his role at Huddly, Fraser spent a productive year with Pexip, contributing to the company's success. Joining Huddly as the VP of Strategy, he played a crucial role in shaping the company's trajectory. Over the years, Fraser's dedication and expertise led him to hold positions such as VP of Strategic Alliances, where he played a pivotal role in fostering successful partnerships with industry leaders such as Crestron and Google. For the past two years, Fraser has been at the helm of the channels team in the EMEA and APAC regions, demonstrating his exceptional leadership in driving growth and fostering strategic alliances.

Vegard Hammer is Huddly's Chief Technical Officer. He joined Huddly in 2018. Prior to joining the Company, Hammer held the position of Software Manager at Cisco and Tandberg ASA for 15 years. Hammer holds a Master of engineering from the University of Agder, Norway. Vegard Hammer holds a total of 2,030,000 options in the company. He is a Norwegian citizen.

Knut Helge Teppan has been Huddly’s Chief Design Officer since 2017. Prior to joining the company, Teppan held positions at Tandberg ASA and Cisco, where he headed up cross-functional design and engineering teams. Teppan’s work has been recognized beyond his work at the company, as his design teams have been awarded 23 national and international design awards. Teppan holds a Master of Science in Product Design Engineering from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU). Teppan holds a total of 1,262,000 options in the company. In addition, Knut Helge Teppan and related parties hold 2,400,000 shares in the company. He is a Norwegian citizen.

A seasoned product manager with 25 years of experience in large enterprises and startups, specializing in communications and collaboration, applied AI/ML, cloud and edge services, and hardware. Demonstrated expertise in developing customer-driven product strategies, building strong teams, and leading planning, design, and full-stack development while consistently launching first versions of new products. Significant recent roles include Group Product Manager at Microsoft Corp, where contributions spanned Azure Edge, Azure Percept, Microsoft Teams, and Skype. Entrepreneurially driven, having founded or co-founded ventures such as Tulemod, Xprevo, and Boxfish, each targeting unique market opportunities. Additionally, served as an advisor and angel investor to companies like Neurolabs, Amobee, Altia Systems, and Jajah, supporting their successful growth and exit.

Håvard Alstad is Huddly’s VP Engineering. He joined Huddly in 2014 and has previously been holding roles such as Technical Product Manager and Team Lead in Huddly. Prior to joining the Company, Alstad worked as a consultant at Data Respons, working on projects for Tandberg/ Cisco, Projectiondesign, and Kongsberg. He holds a Master of Science in Informatics from the University of Oslo.
