Please see below information about transactions made under the programme for repurchase of own shares in Huddly AS.

Date on which the repurchase programme was announced: 12 January 2022. The duration of the repurchase programme: 12 January 2022 to 29 March 2022. Size of the repurchase programme: Up to 9,561,600 shares, but maximum total consideration: NOK 50 million. For the period 3 March until 9 March 2022, Huddly AS has purchased a total of 325,099 own shares at Euronext Growth at an average price of NOK 6.7137 per share.
