Huddly L1 setup

Step 1:

Is everything connected?

The setup manual can be found in the packaging. You can also look it up here(link).

When using the Huddly USB Adapter, required drivers are normally installed automatically via Windows Update. If the driver installs successfully, you can proceed directly to Step 3.

However, if driver updates are blocked or restricted by your organization’s IT policies, some background camera features may not function correctly. In this case proceed to Step 2 to download and install the driver manually to ensure full functionality. This is also applicable if you are using the Huddly Network Adapter(link to: https://support.huddly.com/end-of-sales-and-end-of-life-announcement-for-huddly-network-adapter/).

Download and run the setup file for Windows:

Download and run the setup file for macOS(only applicable if you are using the Huddly Network Adapter):

Step 3:

Check if it works

Set up a video call and wait 15 seconds
