Huddly AS – Minutes of an Extraordinary General Meeting 2026

Oslo, 22 June 2026: Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by Huddly AS ("Huddly" or the "Company", ticker: HDLY) on 8 June 2026, regarding notice of an extraordinary general meeting in the Company.

The extraordinary general meeting was held today, on 22 June 2026 at 10:00 (CEST). The extraordinary general meeting resolved to (i) elect Svenn Tore Larsen as a member of the board of directors until the Company's annual general meeting in 2027 – Larsen is replacing Jostein Devold, who is simultaneously retiring from the board of directors, (ii) approve NOK 75,000 as board remuneration to outgoing board member Jostein Devold, and (iii) grant Svenn Tore Larsen 40,000 options, each at an exercise price of NOK 25.00 and otherwise on the terms and conditions set out in the 2025 Share Incentive Plan.

Svenn Tore Larsen is a Norwegian technology executive and former Chief Executive Officer of Nordic Semiconductor ASA. He led the company for more than two decades and played a pivotal role in transforming it into a leading international provider of wireless communications technology.
