How long is the warranty on Huddly products?

The standard warranty for Huddly Cameras purchased and shipped from 01.01.2022 is 3 years. For units purchased before this date, standard warranty is 2 years.

For partners, the signed warranty agreement applies.
If you purchased your Huddly camera from a Huddly reseller or distributor, please contact them directly for questions regarding warranty.

Please note that opening or tampering with the camera will void the warranty.
This includes interfering in any manner with the software or Huddly Product, as well as disassemble, reverse engineer or modify the Software or the Huddly Product. Modification to thermal solution, device components or enclosure shall violate regulatory compliance requirements and may induce safety hazards.
