How do I send camera logs from the Huddly App?

For technical troubleshooting purposes, Support requires that you send the camera logs, as well as the Huddly Log File (Click here for the guide on how to find the Huddly Log File). This data is needed to escalate the case to level 2 (Product and Engineering) support.

To make sure Huddly gets logs with relevant information in them, please make sure you send in the logs once before reproducing the issue, then reproduce the issue and connect the camera to a device that detects the camera before sending in the logs again (with reference ID).

The camera logs are sent directly through the Huddly App, and here is how to send them:

Huddly Connect App

• Make sure you have the Huddly Connect App downloaded, and that you have read and accepted the Privacy Policy.
• When you open the Connect App, click the gear icon on the top. You will get a drop-down menu where you can see "Support and logs". Click this.
• Choose the option "Send logs" and click the button to Send log.
• Once this is done, copy the reference ID you receive to share with our Support team.
