C1 compatibility with Barco Clickshare Hub Pro
Some users may experience an issue with the audio volume adjustments and performance when using Huddly C1 with Barco Clickshare Hub Pro. Barco is aware of this, and together, we are working closely to resolve this.
The issue is on the Barco release version 4.3. The volume curve is too steep and the output volume decreases faster than expected when going below 100%, resulting in no sound going below 70%.
Barco has a beta version of the fix currently in testing, and we expect the stable release of version 4.4 to be out in around two weeks time (week 43).
